Year 1 Visit Green Futures! 🌱
Our Year 1 children had a fantastic time visiting Green Futures Grimsby this week!
The children explored the polytunnels, learned all about how fruit and vegetables are grown, and even had a go at planting and picking some of their own. They were fascinated to see how plants develop and were brilliant at asking questions and spotting different types of produce.
It was a brilliant hands-on learning experience that brought our science and sustainability topics to life – and the sunshine made it even better!
A huge thank you to the team at Green Futures for their warm welcome and to all our staff and volunteers who helped make the day a success.
