Year 6 Explore the Human Heart with Hands On Science!
Year 6 had a fascinating and unforgettable science experience this week as they took part in a Circulation and Heart Dissection session led by Hands On Science.
Pupils learned all about the structure and function of the human heart and the circulatory system, building on their classroom learning with real-life application. The session included a live dissection, giving pupils the chance to examine a real heart up close and explore how blood flows through the body.
Everyone was engaged, curious, and respectful during this hands-on session, with plenty of excellent questions and scientific vocabulary on display.
A huge thank you to the Hands On Science team for delivering such an exciting and educational session!
