We were proud to welcome the Mayor and delegates from Germany into Woodlands this week to teach us about how children around the world celebrate St Nicholas Day. The children loved learning about different traditions, including the excitement of leaving out shoes or stockings ready to be filled with treats!
It was a fantastic opportunity to explore global celebrations, compare traditions and understand how festivals are marked in different countries and cultures.
We hope all of our families who are celebrating this weekend find lots of lovely treats in their stockings or shoes… let us know what St Nicholas brings!
